The SpeedChek Speed Sports Radar is perfect for recording speeds in baseball, soccer, tennis, hockey, golf, karting, football, cricket, running, skiing, racquetball, field hockey, and more. The radar does not need to be hand-held during operation. It records speeds up to 150 mph and works at a distance of approximately 60 feet. The weather resistant housing allows safe outdoor use. I bought this as a replacement for the speed trac model,which looks the same but has slightly different electronics.My son broke our old model.Our old model was very accurate,I had it tested against a very expensive ($600) hand held jugs gun. This model consistently reads 6-7 mph slower than actual speed.Avoid this product as it is inaccurate and definately not worth the money.
