It being the only reasonably priced Bluetooth MP3 device, it's okay. The main complaint is that it is not as user friendly as an iPod nor any of my Sansa devices. I mainly wanted it for Audible, Audiobooks, and music - in that order but with Bluetooth so I can use it with my cell phone. It is good in that while listening to the Insignia, when a call comes in, the Insignia stops, the call is answered and when I end the call, the Insignia comes back.

My order arrived very quickly and I was glad to see outwardly the product looked nice although it was refurbished. It did not work. I contacted the seller by email and she replied quickly and offered to have it repaired or a refund. I took the refund. When she received the item back, she issued a credit to me. I would buy from this seller and Amazon again.
